Who we are

Shipmark is operated by Cătălin Ignat, Bucharest, Romania, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at catalin@shipmark.eu.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the early-access form: your work email address, your agency’s name, the number of apps you maintain, your main stack and, if you choose to write one, your message. We also record the date of your request and your consent.

Why we collect it

To contact you about early access to Shipmark and to understand which agencies need it. We process this data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes them on our behalf under its data processing addendum. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards that addendum describes. Our email is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, and in any case for no longer than 24 months.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Your rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
• You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date above.
